What is the difference between OEM and Non-OEM products?

Non-OEM (Non-Original Equipment Manufacturer) products, also referred to as aftermarket or third-party products, are created by companies independent of the original equipment manufacturer. These products are often designed to be versatile and compatible with a range of different devices or systems, allowing for broader applicability. Non-OEM products are usually more budget-friendly than their OEM counterparts, making them an attractive option for cost-conscious consumers.

How can I submit my Tax Exempt documentation?

To submit tax exempt certificates, please email proper documents to support@partscounter.com. Once received our team will verify or reach out to you with any questions.

 

How do I return a product?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
