Order Cutoff Times

For shipments via UPS Ground:

Orders must be placed by 3:15 PM Eastern Time on business days to qualify for same-day processing and shipping via UPS Ground services.

For shipments via UPS 2^nd or Next Day Air:

Orders must be placed by 3:00 PM Eastern Time on business days to qualify for same-day processing and shipping via UPS Express services.

 

While we strive to process and ship all orders placed before the cutoff times on the same day, some circumstances beyond our control (such as technical issues, extreme weather conditions, or carrier delays) may prevent orders from being shipped out on time, even if placed before the cutoff times.

Orders placed after the respective cutoff times or on non-business days will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination.
