The Perfect Fry 83794 PFA Fire Extinguisher Upgrade Kit is a genuine OEM service kit designed to upgrade the fire suppression system on older Perfect Fry PFA series ventless fryers to the current‑generation fire extinguisher bottle configuration. This upgrade is necessary when the fryer's installed fire extinguisher design has been superseded and the original bottle configuration is no longer serviceable with currently available recharge components.
