The Pitco Digital Thermostat Control, Single Green Display is a genuine OEM replacement thermostat controller for Pitco commercial fryers featuring a single-line green LED or LCD readout. It displays actual oil temperature, accepts setpoint programming from the operator, and controls the heat source to maintain the target frying temperature. Using the correct OEM controller ensures the temperature range, display scaling, and control output characteristics match the fryer's probe and heating system.
Over time, the original thermostat control can develop stuck or unresponsive keypad buttons, display failures where segments or characters drop out, or relay output degradation that causes hunting around the setpoint or failure to enable the heat circuit. These failures result in inconsistent oil temperature, product quality problems, and increased oil breakdown from temperature excursions. Installing the replacement control restores precise, clearly displayed temperature management.
The controller mounts in the original front-panel position and connects to the probe input and heat control output wiring using the existing connectors.
