The Pitco Basket Lift Driver Control Board is a genuine OEM replacement printed circuit board for Pitco commercial fryers equipped with motorized basket lift systems. It receives timed lift commands from the fryer's main control computer and drives the basket lift motor to raise and lower the fry baskets automatically at the end of programmed cook cycles, reducing operator labor and improving food consistency. Using the correct OEM driver board ensures the motor drive current ratings, logic inputs, and connector layout match the basket lift motor and main computer wiring.
Over time, the original driver board can develop power transistor or relay failures from the inrush current of the basket lift motor, trace corrosion from steam and grease exposure, or logic fault from electrical transients on the fryer power supply. A failed driver board leaves the basket lift inoperable, requiring manual basket handling and eliminating the automated cook-timing precision of the lift system. Installing the replacement driver board restores fully automated basket lift operation.
The board mounts in the original electrical enclosure using the existing standoffs and connects to the basket lift motor and main computer harness via the board-mount connectors. It is recommended to replace the driver board whenever the basket lift fails to respond to cook cycle completion commands and the lift motor has been verified as functional.
