The Pitco Burner Assembly Plate, SSH75 is a genuine OEM replacement burner assembly plate for Pitco SSH75 (Solstice Split High-capacity 75-pound) commercial gas fryers. It serves as the structural mounting base for the burner tubes and heat shield components in the SSH75 high-capacity fryer's combustion chamber, ensuring correct burner alignment and spacing for uniform heat distribution across the large-volume vat. Using the correct OEM plate ensures the burner port pattern, tube mounting dimensions, and clearances match the SSH75 combustion system design.
Over time, the original burner assembly plate can warp from thermal stress, develop corrosion from flue gas condensate and grease combustion byproducts, or suffer physical damage from improper burner removal procedures. A warped or damaged plate misaligns the burner tubes, causing uneven flame distribution, reduced heating efficiency, and potential impingement of flame on fryer vat walls. Installing the replacement plate restores correct burner geometry and even heat distribution in the SSH75 combustion chamber.
The plate is installed in the SSH75 burner compartment using the original fasteners by a qualified gas appliance technician.
