    The Avantco 177PHCD012 Blower Motor Assembly is an OEM replacement component for Avantco commercial warming or proofing equipment that circulates hot air throughout the cabinet. This complete assembly includes the motor, fan wheel, and mounting hardware needed for air circulation throughout the warming chamber.

    A failing blower motor reduces hot air circulation, creating temperature hot spots and uneven warming. Complete motor failure prevents any air circulation, causing significant temperature stratification inside the equipment. The heating element may overheat if air circulation is blocked, creating safety hazards and shortening component lifespan.

    Installation of the 177PHCD012 requires accessing the motor mounting location inside the equipment cabinet and removing fasteners that secure the old assembly. The new blower motor assembly should be installed with secure mounting and verified to rotate freely without binding. After installation, the equipment should be powered on and air circulation throughout the cabinet should be verified.
