    Burner orifices deteriorate when mineral deposits from gas impurities accumulate and clog the small opening, or when the orifice develops mechanical damage or corrosion. A clogged or damaged orifice reduces or prevents fuel flow to the burner, resulting in weak flames, uneven heating, or complete burner failure. Without proper fuel flow, the warming cabinet cannot reach operating temperature, making the equipment ineffective for food holding purposes.
