The Avantco 177DRWRHP Holding/Proofing Control Drawer Assembly is an OEM replacement component for Avantco warming and proofing cabinets that provides a drawer-style storage or control interface positioned within the cabinet. This assembly includes the drawer container, slides, and any integrated control mechanisms that support holding operations or proofing cycles.
Control drawer assemblies fail when drawer slides become worn or corroded, preventing smooth operation, or when integrated controls within the drawer lose functionality. A non-functional drawer assembly cannot provide the intended storage or control functionality, reducing the cabinet's effectiveness for holding or proofing applications. Damaged drawers may also allow heat loss from the cabinet if seals are compromised.
Installation of the Avantco 177DRWRHP requires careful access to the cabinet interior and must be performed by trained kitchen equipment technicians.
