    The Avantco 177FB1796 Twin Fryer Basket with Front Hook is an OEM replacement component for Avantco twin fryer equipment. This basket is a stainless steel or coated metal container designed to hold food items during the frying process. The basket includes front-mounted hooks that allow it to hang from the fryer controls, enabling the operator to raise and lower the basket into and out of the hot oil while keeping hands safely away from the oil surface. The dual basket design accommodates simultaneous frying of two different food items.

    Fryer baskets require replacement when they develop rust or corrosion from repeated immersion in hot oil, become structurally damaged, develop cracks or holes that allow oil to seep during cooking, or the front hooks bend or break. A damaged fryer basket may not lower evenly into the oil, can spill hot oil during operation creating a safety hazard, or fail to lift food items completely out of the oil. A compromised basket reduces cooking quality and creates operational safety concerns.
