    The Avantco 177FWP11 High Limit Thermostat is an OEM replacement component for Avantco 177-series commercial warming and proofing equipment, providing critical overheat protection by disconnecting heating elements if temperature exceeds predetermined safety limits.

    High limit thermostats degrade from electrical contact wear in the safety circuit, thermal sensing failure, spring material fatigue, or calibration changes from thermal stress. Loss of high limit protection allows uncontrolled heating, creating dangerous cabinet temperatures and fire hazards.
