    The Avantco 177PHCD010 Inner Heating Element 115V, 600W is an OEM replacement component for Avantco commercial food warming cabinets and proofing boxes that converts electrical energy into heat. This 600-watt element operating at 115 volts provides the heating capacity needed for maintaining food holding temperatures or dough fermentation conditions.

    A failing heating element will show reduced heating capacity, taking much longer to reach setpoint temperatures or failing to reach temperature at all. A completely failed element prevents the equipment from producing heat, making it inoperable for food warming applications. Visual inspection may reveal a burned-out filament or element surface damage that indicates failure.

    The 177PHCD010 is typically accessed from the equipment interior or back panel and mounted to a bracket or threaded into a terminal block.
