The Avantco 177PHDCBULB Warmer Bulb is an OEM replacement component for Avantco warming cabinets and holding equipment that use incandescent heating elements. This specialized bulb is rated for high-temperature operation in heating applications and generates radiant heat to warm food products during service. The bulb must be rated for the specific wattage and voltage of the warming cabinet to function safely and effectively.

Warmer bulbs require replacement when they burn out, develop reduced light output or heat generation, crack, or become discolored from extended high-temperature operation. A burned-out heating bulb reduces the warming cabinet's ability to maintain proper food holding temperatures, potentially allowing food to cool below safe serving levels. A warmer bulb failure can compromise food quality and safety during service.

Installation of the 177PHDCBULB requires the warming equipment to be powered down and allowed to cool before attempting bulb replacement. The old bulb is carefully unscrewed from its socket. The new bulb is installed by screwing it into the socket by hand, taking care not to overtighten. Correct wattage and voltage rating must be verified before installation.
