    The Avantco 177PHGASK is a half-size door gasket measuring 18 1/4" x 16 1/2" engineered as an OEM replacement for Avantco commercial refrigeration equipment. This gasket seals the door frame of half-size reach-in coolers, freezers, and undercounter refrigerators, preventing air leakage and maintaining the consistent temperatures required for food preservation.

    Half-size door gaskets gradually deteriorate from normal use, thermal cycling, and exposure to moisture and cleaning chemicals. When a gasket fails, it no longer maintains proper contact with the frame, allowing refrigerated air to escape and external air to infiltrate the cabinet.
