    The Avantco 177PHGASK26 Lower Door Track is an OEM replacement component for Avantco commercial warming and proofing cabinets that provides a smooth pathway for the sliding cabinet door. This track guides the door smoothly open and closed while maintaining proper door alignment and seal contact with the cabinet frame.

    Door tracks wear through repeated sliding action, accumulate food debris and grease that causes binding, or develop corrosion that restricts smooth door movement. A worn or damaged lower track causes the door to stick, bind during opening or closing, or lose alignment that breaks the thermal seal around the cabinet opening. This condition allows heat to escape from the cabinet and prevents proper door closure.

    Professional kitchen equipment technicians should perform replacement by first isolating all electrical power and ensuring the cabinet is cool.
