The Avantco 17816351 15 Watt Clear Incandescent Indicator Light Bulb T7 is an OEM replacement component for Avantco warming equipment, proofing cabinets, and other food service equipment that uses indicator lights to show operating status. This 15-watt T7 incandescent bulb is specifically designed for use as an indicator light that shows equipment is powered or heating. The clear bulb allows visible light to indicate equipment status from a distance.
Indicator light bulbs require replacement when they burn out, fail to illuminate, or develop a blackened interior that reduces light output. A burned-out indicator bulb prevents operators from quickly seeing equipment status, potentially causing operational confusion or preventing recognition of equipment malfunction. Indicator lights are safety features that help staff verify equipment is operating as expected.
Installation of the 17816351 requires the equipment to be powered down before bulb replacement. The old bulb is carefully unscrewed from its socket.
