    The Avantco 17816465 4" Swivel Plate Caster with Brake is an OEM replacement wheeling component for Avantco commercial refrigeration equipment that provides mobility while stationary braking prevents unwanted rolling. The 4-inch wheel diameter allows the equipment to move relatively easily while the brake mechanism holds it firmly in place when locked.

    A broken or worn caster restricts equipment movement, damages floor surfaces if the wheel skips or binds, or fails to hold position when braked, allowing equipment to roll unexpectedly. Worn casters can damage the equipment frame if stress concentrates on unsecured mounting bolts.
