The Avantco 17817260HC Pan Rail Lid is an OEM replacement cover component for Avantco commercial warming and holding equipment designed to cover the pan rail opening at the top of the equipment. Pan rail lids deteriorate when fastening hardware corrodes and loosens, the lid surface warps from thermal stress, or hinges crack or lose function. A damaged or missing lid allows heat to escape from the equipment, reducing temperature retention and energy efficiency. Additionally, a missing lid leaves the pan rail area exposed to potential contamination from kitchen environment dust and debris.
