    The Avantco 178SHELFA19 Coated Wire Shelf is an OEM replacement shelving component for Avantco commercial refrigeration equipment sized for 19-inch-wide cabinets. The coated wire construction protects against corrosion while allowing air circulation necessary for proper temperature distribution.

    A bent, broken, or corroded shelf cannot safely support products and may fail suddenly under load. Rust developing on uncoated areas creates staining and an unsanitary appearance. Damaged shelves reduce the undercounter refrigerator's storage capacity.

    Installation of the 178SHELFA19 involves removing the old shelf from its mounting brackets or rails and positioning the new shelf securely in the same location.
