    The Avantco 178SHELFA35 Shelf is an OEM replacement shelving component for Avantco commercial refrigeration equipment that provides product storage and display surfaces. This shelf is sized for 35-inch-wide equipment and must support substantial product weight while allowing air circulation for proper temperature distribution.

    A bent, cracked, or damaged shelf cannot safely support product weight and may collapse suddenly during use, damaging products and creating safety hazards. Rust or corrosion developing on an uncoated shelf stains products and appears unsanitary. Multiple failing shelves reduce equipment storage capacity significantly.

    Installation of the 178SHELFA35 involves removing the damaged shelf from its support brackets or rails and positioning the new shelf in the same location.
