Details
The Avantco 19351624 LED Lamp is an OEM replacement component for Avantco reach-in coolers, freezers, glass door display cases, and other refrigeration equipment. This LED lamp replaces incandescent bulbs in interior lighting fixtures, providing the same light output while consuming far less electrical power and generating less heat. LED lamps have a much longer operating lifespan than traditional incandescent bulbs, reducing the frequency of replacement.
LED lamps require replacement when they fail to illuminate, produce dim light, flicker, or burn out completely. A failed LED lamp darkens the cabinet interior, making it difficult to view products. LED failures are relatively rare compared to incandescent bulbs, but when they occur, replacement is straightforward. Unlike incandescent bulbs, failed LED lamps do not blacken, making failure obvious.
Installation of the 19351624 requires the refrigeration equipment to be powered down. The old lamp is carefully removed from its light fixture by unscrewing it from the socket or releasing any mounting brackets. The new LED lamp is installed by screwing it into the socket or securing it with mounting brackets as appropriate. Standard hand tools are not typically needed. After installation, power the equipment back on and verify the LED lamp illuminates clearly with good color rendering. Test that the light distribution is adequate throughout the cabinet interior.
