    The Avantco 19355487 LED Driver #6 for BC Series is an OEM replacement component for Avantco BC Series bakery and display cases with LED lighting systems. An LED driver is a power conversion device that transforms standard electrical supply into the specific voltage and current required by LED lighting elements. The LED driver must be correctly matched to the LED configuration to ensure proper illumination and prevent electrical damage to the lights.

    LED drivers require replacement when they fail to provide power to LED lights, causing the lights to fail or flicker, or when they are damaged by electrical surges or short circuits. A failed LED driver leaves the bakery case dark, eliminating product visibility and display appeal. Multiple LED light failures occurring at the same time suggest driver failure rather than individual light failures.

    Installation of the 19355487 requires the bakery case to be powered down and disconnected from the electrical supply. The old LED driver is unbolted from its mounting location and electrical connections are carefully disconnected. The new LED driver #6 is positioned in the same location and secured with fasteners. Electrical connections are restored according to the original configuration, ensuring correct polarity. Standard hand tools are required.
