The Avantco Ice 19386260 compressor is an OEM replacement component for select Avantco commercial ice machines and related refrigeration equipment. This compressor is the mechanical core of the ice machine's refrigeration system, compressing refrigerant gas and circulating it through the system to freeze water into ice. The compressor is the vital component that enables all ice production operation.
Compressors in ice machines fail from extended operation under continuous load, contamination of the refrigerant system with moisture or acid, inadequate lubrication from oil depletion, mechanical wear of internal components, or electrical motor winding failure.
