The Avantco 360LIDDFF6 Top and Bottom Glass Lids is an OEM replacement component for Avantco food display cases and warmer units. This is a complete set of both the top and bottom tempered glass lids that cover a food display case opening. The glass lids must be transparent for visibility, properly fitted, and securely hinged or mounted to protect displayed food from contamination while allowing access for serving.

Glass lids require replacement when they crack, break, become clouded or discolored, hinges fail, or the lids no longer fit securely. Cracked or broken glass creates safety hazards with sharp edges and allows food exposure. Clouded glass reduces visibility and the appeal of displayed products. Lids that do not fit securely fail to protect displayed food from contamination.

Installation of the 360LIDDFF6 top and bottom glass lid set involves removing old lids by unbolting or unscrewing hinge connections. The new glass lids are positioned on the display case opening and secured with fasteners at the hinge points. Standard hand tools are required. Both lids must be properly aligned to fit together when closed and open smoothly without binding. After installation, verify both lids close securely and fit properly against the case opening. Test hinge operation to ensure smooth opening and closing. Periodic inspection of hinges and glass ensures reliable lid function and food protection.
