    The Avantco 360SNZ40GLS 40" Sneeze Guard is an OEM replacement component for Avantco food display cases and serving counters. This clear polycarbonate or acrylic sheet shield extends above displayed food items to prevent customer contact and airborne contamination. The sneeze guard is a health and safety feature that protects displayed food from direct contact while allowing customers to view products. The 40-inch width accommodates standard display case widths.

    Sneeze guards require replacement when they become cracked, clouded with condensation or water deposits that reduce visibility, broken, or bent. A damaged sneeze guard loses its protective function and may present a hazard with sharp edges. A clouded guard reduces the appeal of displayed food and visibility for customers. A missing or broken guard eliminates food protection.

    Installation of the 360SNZ40GLS involves removing the old sneeze guard by unbolting or releasing clips that secure it to the display case structure. The new 40-inch sneeze guard is positioned at the correct height above displayed foods and secured using the same fastening method. Standard hand tools are required.
