The Pitco Basket,Fry is a direct replacement fry basket for Pitco commercial deep fryers used in restaurants, QSR operations, schools, and institutional kitchens. Constructed from heavy-gauge wire mesh, it allows hot oil to circulate freely around the food product while providing a secure, ergonomic handle for lifting and draining. Using the correct basket ensures compatibility with the fryer vat dimensions and the basket hanger or support system the unit was designed to accept.
Over time, fry baskets can suffer from bent frames, broken welds, rust, or deformed handles from heavy daily use, repeated drops, and high-temperature oil immersion.
