The Pitco Basket, Fry (13-1/4" X 9-1/4", Fh) is a direct replacement fry basket for Pitco commercial deep fryers. At 13-1/4 inches in length and 9-1/4 inches in width with a front hook (Fh) handle configuration, this full-vat basket is designed for Pitco full-size fryer vessels and is suspended from the fryer's front-hook hanger for easy lowering and retrieval during frying operations. Using the correct basket ensures the proper fit within the full-vat, correct oil immersion, and reliable hook engagement for safe and productive frying.
Over time, the original basket can develop corrosion at wire weld intersections, a bowed or distorted mesh from thermal stress and heavy loading, or a bent front hook that no longer seats securely on the hanger.
