The Pitco Basket Full is a direct replacement full-size fry basket for Pitco commercial deep fryers. It is sized to occupy the complete width and depth of the fryer's fry vessel, allowing maximum batch capacity for high-volume frying operations. Using the correct full basket ensures proper fit within the vessel, correct immersion depth, and compatibility with the fryer's basket hanger and support system for safe, efficient production frying.
Over time, the original full basket can corrode at the wire welds, develop sagging mesh, or suffer handle damage from the mechanical stress of repeated loading and the corrosive effects of hot frying oil and cleaning chemicals. A worn basket is both a food safety concern — corroding wire can contaminate food — and a productivity issue, as a basket that no longer holds its shape cannot be filled to capacity or handled safely. Replacing it with a Pitco-compatible full basket restores the correct capacity, fit, and structural integrity for uninterrupted production use.
