The Blodgett Knob, Military Style W/o Arrow (Part# 36617) is a genuine OEM replacement control knob for Blodgett commercial convection, combi, and deck ovens. Mounted on the control panel of Blodgett commercial convection, combi, and deck ovens, this knob lets kitchen staff adjust the setting of the switch or valve beneath it.
Knobs are gripped and turned repeatedly throughout the day and are exposed to grease and cleaning chemicals on the control panel, which can cause the material to crack or the internal shaft coupling to wear loose. A worn knob typically spins freely without adjusting the setting, or cracks and becomes difficult to grip.
Replacement is a quick fix a technician or kitchen manager can perform. With the equipment powered down, pull or unscrew the worn knob from its shaft, then press or thread the new knob onto the same shaft, aligning it with the control panel markings. Confirm the knob turns the underlying switch or valve correctly through its full range before returning the unit to service.
