The Blodgett 59713 Ctrl Assy,7Ts Ctrl Hv100 Dd is a OEM factory-original control board for use in Blodgett commercial convection ovens, deck ovens, and combination cooking equipment. The control board serves as the electronic brain of the oven, processing inputs from operator controls, temperature sensors, and safety systems to coordinate the operation of heating elements, fans, timers, and other critical components.
