PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Blower Motor Kit for Cleveland Part# 110683

Details
The Blower Motor Kit (Part# 110683) is a Cleveland-compatible replacement blower or fan motor for use in Cleveland commercial cooking equipment. Motors drive the blower or fan assemblies that circulate hot air or steam throughout the cooking compartment, maintaining consistent temperature distribution and even cooking results across the full capacity of the equipment, rated to the correct voltage, horsepower, and RPM for the Cleveland model.
Electric motors in commercial kitchen equipment are subject to wear from the continuous duty cycles of high-volume food service operations, heat stress from proximity to the cooking environment, and bearing fatigue from the high operating temperatures of heavy commercial use. A failing motor may produce unusual noise from worn bearings, draw excessive current causing nuisance breaker trips, operate at reduced speed, or fail completely causing the unit to overheat or cook unevenly.
Motor replacement should be performed by a qualified service technician with the unit fully de-energized and locked out. Remove the old motor from its mounting bracket, disconnect the wiring, and note the rotation direction of the shaft. Install the new Blower Motor Kit in the same orientation, reconnect the wiring to the correct terminals, and verify that the blower wheel is securely attached before restoring power. Test through a full operating cycle and confirm correct rotation direction and proper airflow before returning the unit to service.
