Unlike multipurpose ABC dry chemical, sodium bicarbonate-based Standard Dry Chemical is not rated for Class A combustibles and is specifically optimized for flammable liquid and electrical hazards. This makes it well suited for commercial kitchens, vehicle service bays, industrial facilities, and marine applications where these specific fire classes predominate.

This unit ships with a wall hook mounting bracket for fixed-location installation on walls, columns, or similar structures. The polyester epoxy powder-coated steel cylinder and all-metal valve assembly provide durable, corrosion-resistant construction. Operating at stored pressure, it delivers a 14-second discharge with a range of 12–18 feet.
