The Buckeye 2.5 lb Halotron I fire extinguisher is a clean-agent solution designed to combat Class B (flammable liquids) and Class C (energized electrical equipment) fires. Using Halotron I — a vaporizing liquid clean agent — it leaves zero residue upon discharge, making it the preferred choice for protecting sensitive electronic equipment, computers, telephone switch rooms, data centers, server rooms, and office environments where dry chemical damage would be unacceptable.

This compact wall-mounted unit features a rugged all-metal valve assembly, a steel cylinder with polyester epoxy powder coating, and a fixed nozzle for rapid, direct application. It carries a UL 2-B:C rating, operates at 100 psi, and delivers a 9-second discharge with a 6–10 ft range. The operating temperature range is -40°F to 120°F. Manufactured to ANSI/UL 2129 and ANSI/UL 711 standards, it includes a wall hook bracket for accessible, code-compliant placement.

Halotron I has extremely low ozone depletion potential and minimal global warming impact, making it an environmentally responsible successor to halon 1211. The unit is rechargeable, and replacement Halotron I agent is available in cylinder sizes for convenient servicing.
