The Buckeye 2.5 lb Halotron I fire extinguisher with discharge hose is a clean-agent unit rated for Class B (flammable liquids) and Class C (energized electrical equipment) fires. Deploying Halotron I — a vaporizing liquid agent with zero discharge residue — it is purpose-built for environments where cleanup or equipment damage from dry chemical cannot be tolerated, including server rooms, data centers, offices with sensitive electronics, and telephone switch rooms.

This wall-mounted extinguisher features a steel cylinder with polyester epoxy powder coating, an all-metal valve assembly, and a flexible discharge hose that provides improved aim and maneuverability over fixed-nozzle models — a meaningful advantage when directing agent precisely at the base of a fire around equipment. It carries a UL 2-B:C rating, operates at 100 psi, and delivers a 9-second discharge with a 6–10 ft range. The unit operates across a temperature range of -40°F to 120°F and is manufactured to ANSI/UL 2129 and ANSI/UL 711 standards. A wall hook bracket is included for secure, accessible mounting.

Halotron I offers a highly favorable environmental profile, with extremely low ozone depletion potential and minimal global warming impact compared to legacy halon agents. The extinguisher is fully rechargeable using commercially available Halotron I agent.
