Charged with monoammonium phosphate and rated UL 4-A:60-B:C, it exceeds the NFPA 10 high-flow discharge threshold and is suited for pressurized flammable liquid hazards, three-dimensional fires, and industrial scenarios at tank farms, refineries, offshore platforms, and marine fueling docks.

    The Heavy Duty designation reflects a comprehensive set of durability upgrades over standard high flow models. The steel cylinder carries a galvanizing compound treatment under a baked-on polyester epoxy finish, achieving a 3,000-hour salt spray rating. Nickel-plated brass valves, stainless steel operating handles and pull pin, a plated brass gauge guard, and a protective vinyl foot ring provide industry-leading corrosion resistance.
