The Burner Assembly 20" Long (Part# 02497) is a Cleveland-compatible replacement burner component for use in Cleveland commercial gas-fired cooking and steamer equipment. Burner components including orifices, venturis, burner tubes, and flame spreaders are critical to achieving the correct combustion characteristics, heat distribution, and thermal efficiency of the gas heating system, matched to the gas type, BTU rating, and orifice sizing specifications of the Cleveland equipment model.
Burner components can become degraded from the continuous high-temperature operation of commercial gas equipment, corrosion from the combustion environment, and physical damage from grease fires or mechanical impact.
