The Pitco Circuit Breaker is a direct replacement resettable overcurrent protection device for Pitco commercial electric fryers. It protects the fryer's electrical circuits from overloads and short circuits by tripping to the open position when current exceeds the rated limit, and it can be manually reset once the fault condition is cleared.
