PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Cleveland 107241 Board; Water Level Control is an original Cleveland component engineered for commercial kitchen applications, helping maintain safety, uptime, and manufacturer-rated performance of steam equipment.

Details
The Board; Water Level Control, Atmospheric (Part# 107241) is a genuine OEM Cleveland replacement control board for use in Cleveland commercial cooking and steamer equipment. The control board is the electronic brain of the equipment, processing sensor inputs, executing programmed cooking sequences, managing heating circuits, and communicating status and fault information to the operator interface.
Control boards can fail due to electrical overvoltage from supply line disturbances, moisture damage from steam and condensate in the kitchen environment, physical damage from impact during service, or the gradual failure of electronic components from heat-related aging. A faulty control board may manifest as an unresponsive display, incorrect temperature readings, failure to initiate or complete cooking programs, or erratic equipment behavior. Because control board replacement is relatively expensive, a technician should exhaust all other diagnostic possibilities before condemning the board.
Control board replacement must be performed by a qualified service technician with the unit fully de-energized and all static precautions observed to prevent electrostatic discharge damage. Document or photograph all wiring connections, carefully disconnect all wiring harnesses and connectors from the old board, and install the new Board; Water Level Control, Atmospheric. Reconnect all wiring per the wiring diagram, restore power, and verify that the equipment powers up correctly and completes a full cooking cycle without fault codes before returning the unit to service.
