Details
The Concordia Beverage Clamp Ratchet Tube (Part# 1240-042) is a genuine OEM replacement hose/tubing component for Concordia Beverage beverage dispensing equipment. Routed through Concordia Beverage beverage dispensing equipment, this hose/tubing component transfers water, steam, gas, or product between the components it connects.
Flexible lines like this are exposed to heat, pressure cycling, and in many cases direct contact with cleaning chemicals, all of which cause the material to harden, crack, or weep over time. A failing hose or tube typically presents as a visible leak, a soft or bulging section, or reduced flow to the component it feeds.
Replacement should be performed by a qualified technician. Shut off and relieve pressure in the line before disconnecting the fittings at each end of the old hose or tube. Remove the failed section, install the new one in the same routing and orientation, and secure the fittings per the original configuration. Restore supply and check the full length of the line for leaks before returning the unit to service.
