The Concordia Beverage O-ring 2-132 EPDM (Part# 1260-168) is a genuine OEM replacement gasket for Concordia Beverage beverage dispensing equipment. Installed between mating components on Concordia Beverage beverage dispensing equipment, this gasket prevents leakage of heat, moisture, or pressure past the joint it seals.
Gaskets are compressed every time the assembly they seal is closed or cycled, and repeated exposure to heat, moisture, and cleaning chemicals causes the material to harden, crack, or lose its compression set over time. Once that happens, the seal typically shows up as a visible leak, a loss of heat or pressure, or excess condensation escaping past the joint.
A technician should power down and cool the equipment, then open the sealed joint and remove all remnants of the old gasket, cleaning the mating surfaces thoroughly. Seat the new gasket evenly in its groove or mounting points, reassemble, and verify a tight seal with no gaps before closing out the repair.
