This pump circulates water or product through Convotherm combi ovens and steamers, providing the flow the system needs to complete its wash, rinse, or process cycle.

Extended run time combined with mineral buildup and constant mechanical load gradually wears a pump's impeller and seal, leading to reduced output, noise, or a motor that spins without producing adequate flow.

A technician should de-energize the unit and isolate water supply to the pump, then disconnect plumbing and wiring before removing the failed pump. Install the replacement in the same mounting position, reconnect all lines, and test flow and pressure before closing out the job.
