This hose/tubing component carries water, steam, gas, or product through Convotherm combi ovens and steamers, connecting two points in the system's fluid or gas path.

Heat and pressure cycling gradually break down the material of flexible lines like this, leading to cracking, leaks, or a soft spot that can eventually burst under normal operating pressure.

Replacement should be performed by a qualified technician. Shut off and relieve pressure in the line before disconnecting the fittings at each end of the old hose or tube. Remove the failed section, install the new one in the same routing and orientation, and secure the fittings per the original configuration. Restore supply and check the full length of the line for leaks before returning the unit to service.
