The Convotherm Connection Pump Convotherm 4 (Part# 7064209) is a genuine OEM replacement pump for Convotherm combi ovens and steamers. As the circulation source for Convotherm combi ovens and steamers, this pump moves water or product through the system during normal operation.

Pumps run for extended cycles and are exposed to mineral deposits, debris, and constant mechanical load on the impeller and seal, all of which wear the unit down over time. A failing pump typically presents as reduced flow or pressure, unusual noise, or a motor that runs but produces little to no output.

A technician should de-energize the unit and isolate water supply to the pump, then disconnect plumbing and wiring before removing the failed pump. Install the replacement in the same mounting position, reconnect all lines, and test flow and pressure before closing out the job.
