Details
The Delfield Evaporator Fan Motor, 115V (Part# 2162715) is a genuine OEM replacement motor for Delfield refrigerated prep tables and cold-holding equipment. As the drive component for a key function on Delfield refrigerated prep tables and cold-holding equipment, this motor provides the rotational power needed to keep air, water, or product moving through the system.
Extended run times combined with heat and grease exposure gradually wear down motor bearings and windings, leading to noise, overheating, weak performance, or an outright failure to start, symptoms that point directly to the motor rather than the components it drives.
Replacement should be performed by a qualified electrician or technician. Lock out and de-energize the circuit feeding the motor, then disconnect the motor leads, noting wiring positions, and remove the motor from its mount along with any belts, couplings, or fan blades attached to the shaft. Install the new motor in the same mounting position, reconnect wiring and any mechanical linkage, and test the unit through a full run cycle to confirm proper operation before returning it to service.
