The Delfield Drier, Filter, .250, 2 (Part# 3516321) is a genuine OEM replacement filter for Delfield refrigerated prep tables and cold-holding equipment. Installed in the supply line of Delfield refrigerated prep tables and cold-holding equipment, this filter traps debris and sediment before it can reach and damage downstream components.
As a filter accumulates the debris or sediment it's designed to catch, flow through it becomes progressively restricted, leading to reduced pressure, longer cycle times, or downstream components picking up contamination the filter should have blocked.
Replacement is routine maintenance a technician or trained staff member can perform. Shut off supply to the line and relieve pressure before opening the filter housing, then remove the old filter element and discard it. Install the new filter in the correct orientation per the housing markings, reassemble the housing, and restore supply, checking for leaks before returning the unit to service.
