The Delfield Drier, Filter, (2)INLET, (Part# 3516322) is a genuine OEM replacement filter for Delfield refrigerated prep tables and cold-holding equipment. This filter removes debris, sediment, or grease from the water, air, or product stream on Delfield refrigerated prep tables and cold-holding equipment, protecting downstream components from buildup and contamination.
Filters are designed to load up with the material they're meant to trap, and once saturated they restrict flow rather than simply cleaning it. A clogged filter commonly presents as reduced flow or pressure, longer cycle times, or a downstream component showing signs of contamination it would normally be protected from.
With supply shut off and pressure relieved, open the filter housing and remove the spent element. Install the new filter in the correct orientation, reseal the housing, and restore supply, confirming there are no leaks and that flow is fully restored before closing out the job.
