The Door Pan (Part# PEC21398-1) is an aftermarket-compatible replacement for Perlick equipment, manufactured to match the fit, form, and function of the original Perlick part it replaces. As the door pan, it is built to deliver the same performance as the OEM part at a lower cost. The door pan forms the interior liner of the cabinet door on Perlick refrigerated equipment, providing the smooth interior surface against which the door gasket seals and giving the door its insulated, moisture-resistant interior face.

A dented, cracked, or corroded door pan can prevent the gasket from sealing evenly against the door, letting cold air escape around the affected area. Replacing the door pan restores a flat, properly sealing interior door surface.
