The Door Pin & Bushing Kit (Part# FK104077) is a Cleveland-compatible replacement door component for use in Cleveland commercial steamer and cooking equipment. Door components including gaskets, handles, hinges, latches, and seals work together to ensure the cooking compartment door operates safely and maintains the steam seal required for proper cooking performance.
Door components are subject to significant mechanical and thermal stress from the repeated opening and closing cycles of normal commercial kitchen operation, combined with the high-heat and high-moisture environment of steamer service. Wear, corrosion, or physical damage to door components can result in doors that do not close properly, steam leaks at the door perimeter, or safety risks from a door that cannot be reliably secured during a pressurized cooking cycle.
Door component replacement should be performed by a qualified service technician with the equipment de-energized and cooled. Remove the worn or damaged component, install the new Door Pin & Bushing Kit using the original mounting hardware or new hardware as supplied, and verify correct fit and function. Close the door and check for a uniform seal around the full perimeter, correct latch engagement, and smooth operation through several complete open-close cycles before returning to commercial service.
