    The flat beater's geometry is designed to move the mixing medium laterally and vertically throughout the bowl, incorporating ingredients and developing product consistency through repeated folding and shearing passes. For the BTF140's large-capacity bowl, the flat beater dimensions ensure thorough coverage of the entire bowl contents on each orbital revolution, preventing under-mixed areas in the center or at the bowl walls.
