The Doyon 50009032K1 is a genuine OEM programmed control panel designed for the Doyon GAC series gas-fired rack ovens. This pre-programmed panel assembly integrates the operator interface controls, digital display, and programmed control logic specific to the GAC oven's gas burner management, temperature control, rack rotation sequencing, and baking program storage into a single, factory-configured replacement panel.

The GAC control panel manages all aspects of the gas rack oven's baking cycle, from initial ignition through the temperature ramp to setpoint, management of the rack rotation during baking, and the alarm or end-of-cycle signal when the program is complete. The panel's program memory stores the baking parameters entered by the bakery's production team, and the pre-programmed factory configuration ensures all default operating parameters are correctly set from the moment of installation without requiring a technician to configure the new panel from a blank state.
